摘要
为探讨大视窗选择性痔上黏膜切除吻合术（TST—Mega）治疗环状混合痔的临床疗效，将2014年8月至2015年7月上海医博肛泰医院收治的86例环状混合痔患者按随机数字表法分成TST—Mega组（42例）与PPH组（44例），对比2组患者的总体疗效、手术情况、术后并发症和临床疗效。结果显示，2组患者治疗总有效率、手术时间、术中出血量和术后尿潴留发生率比较差异均无统计学意义，P均〉0．05；但TST—Mega组住院时间、术后疼痛程度、初次排便急促感、排粪梗阻症状评分、吻合口狭窄发生率方面均优于PPH组。P均＜0．05。结果表明，TST—Mega治疗环状混合痔安全、高效。操作简便，值得临床推广应用。
This study was to explore clinical efficacy of TST-Mega （tissue-selecting therapy-Mega window） for treating circumferential mixed hemorrhoids ; according to random number table divided 86 cases of circumferential mixed hemorrhoids admitted in Shanghai Yibo Gangtai hospital from Aug.2014 to July 2015 into TST-Mega group （42 cases） and PPH （procedure of prolapsed and hemorrhoids） group （44 cases） and compared the whole efficacy, operation status, postoperative complications and clinical efficacy of the two groups.As results, in total curative rate of the treatment, operation time, the volume of intraoperative bleeding,postoperative uroschesis of the two groups there was no statistical significance in difference （ P all 〉0.05） ;but in hospital stays,postoperative pain degree, hurried feeling at the first time defecation, the score on obstructed defecation symptoms and the occurrence rate of stoma stenosis, the TST-Mega group was all superior to PPH group （P 〈0.05）.In conclusion,TST-Mega for treating circumferential mixed hemorrhoids is safe,haS high efficacy,easy manipulation and worthy to be popularized and used clinically.
