摘要
目的建立一种用气相色谱-质谱法同时测定液体蚊香中4种禁用农药的方法。方法在EI模式下,以选择离子扫描(SIM)方式采集数据进行定量分析。结果 4种禁用农药在相应的质量范围内线性良好,相关系数r〉0.998,加标回收率介于90%~110%之间,变异系数小于5%。结论该方法具有快速、简便、精密度和准确度高、线性关系好的优点,符合日常检测工作的需求。
Objective To establish the method of gas chromatography-mass spectrometry for the simultaneous detection of 4 banned pesticides. Methods In the EI mode,ion scanning( SIM) mode was used to collect data for quantitative analysis. Results Four pesticides in the corresponding linear concentration range was fine,the coefficients of variation were less than 5%. Recoveries were ranged between 90%- 110%. Conclusion The method with the advantages of convenience,fast speed,high precision and accuracy,and good linear correlations,was an ideal analysis method.
