摘要
首次报道了一种普通碳纸的简易活化方法,活化后的碳纸作为超级电容器正极材料使用可以显著提高其电化学电容性能。该方法首次采用重铬酸钾洗液处理普通碳纸,改变了其表面拓扑结构。通过SEM观察,发现活化碳纸表面变得粗糙,比表面积明显增大;另一方面对活化碳纸进行接触角测试,接触角明显减小表明表面亲水性提高。比表面积增大和亲水性增加的协同作用使得活化碳纸构筑的超级电容器展示出优异的电容特性。该方法也有望拓展到超级电容器用其他碳基材料上。
In this paper,a facile method by potassium dichromate lotion to activate surfaces of Carbon Papers( CP) leading to enhanced electrochemical capacitances was reported. It is shown that surfaces of Activated Carbon Papers( ACP) became rougher and their specific surface areas enlarged after treatment. Furthermore,surface hydrophilicity of the treated carbon papers enhanced.With the synergistic effect of enlarged specific surface area and enhanced surface hydrophilicity,the ACP provides high areal capacitances.
