摘要
介绍了武汉某燃气冷热电分布式能源站一期工程2台4.04 MW燃气内燃发电机组和2台3.60 MW烟气热水型溴化锂机组的系统构成和运行特点,分析了燃气冷热电分布式能源机组调试过程中内燃机轴承温度偏高、溴化锂机冷却水流量不足和冷热水流量偏差问题,以及内燃机缸套水管道排气不畅等问题,并提出了调试解决方案,可以为同类分布式能源机组调试提供参考。
The article introduces the system composition and operation characteristics on the com-bined cold heat and power Generation and distributed energy system in the first phase project inWuhan,which includes 2 sets of 4.04 MW gas engine generator and 2 sets of 3.60 MW flue gashot water type lithium bromide unit.The problems of high temperature of the internal combustionengine bearing, insufficient cooling water flow and flow deviation of cold and hot water in the lithi-um bromide machine,poor exhaust of the internal combustion engine cylinder liner water pipe areanalyzed.The solution for the problems are suggested,which can provide references for similar unitscommissioning.
