摘要
当前,涉众型经济犯罪在互联网金融领域频发,犯罪群体组织严密而日趋专业化,且往往以合法手段为外衣,极具社会危害性。检察机关应充分发挥职能,通过探索设立金融检察专门机构、建立健全金融检察联动机制、充分发挥金融检察预防职能、大力培养金融检察专业人才应对当前涉众型经济犯罪高发态势。
Economic crimes with the mass involved, widely seen in the field of online financing at present, are usually well-organize and covered with legitimate disguise and therefore are extremely dangerous. Procuratorates should play an active role in the field by setting up specialized department and linkage mechanisms to ensure the function of financial procuratorate in preventing such crimes.
