摘要
伴随着医疗改革的发展,在北京等医疗行业发达地区,专科医院的建立已经成为了一种趋势。专科医院以专科优势为突破口,通过建立品牌效应,最终实现盈利。但是,这样的模式突出了专科经营优势,忽略了公立综合医院的规模效应,不能形成优势互补。本文主要介绍在公立综合医院的基础上运用专科部的运行经验,通过整合专科部的专科优势和公立综合医院的规模优势,最终在提高医疗水平的基础上建立新的效益增长点。
With the development of health care reform, the establishment of special hospitals has become a trend in Beijing and other regions with developed medical industry. The special hospitals get profits by making their specialized advantages as the breakthrough point and establishing brand effect. However, this kind of mode only highlights the advantages of specialized management without paying attention to the advantages of scale effect in public hospitals, which fail to form complementary advantages. The operating experiences of specialized department in public hospitals were introduced in this article. Through the integration of the specialized advantages of specialized department and the scale advantages of public hospital, a new profit growth point based on the improvement of health care was established.
