摘要
重庆冉家坝广场3号楼主体结构屋顶高度193.0m,是B级高度的超限高层建筑。建筑结构为钢筋混凝土框架-核心筒结构体系,外围框架柱下部采用型钢混凝土柱。该工程采用两种程序对结构进行了小震和中震作用下的反应谱弹性分析,并进行了弹性动力时程补充分析。同时,通过对结构进行大震作用下的静力弹塑性分析,证明了该工程结构具有良好的抗震性能,结构安全可靠。
The body structure height of No.3 building of Ranjaba Plaza in Chongqing is up to 193.0m,so it is a high-rise building of Level B.The building structure is concrete frame-core tube system with steel reinforced concrete columns at the bottom of peripheral frame columns.Two programs are adopted to carry out response spectrum calculation under frequent earthquake and intermediate earthquake,and elastic dynamic time-history analysis on integral structure is conducted.Furthermore,pushover analysis results under rare earthquake show that the seismic performance of the structure is sound and the structure is safe and reliable.
