摘要
近年来,随着新课程改革的不断深入,大学体育教学过程中的教学模式及理念发生转变,翻转课堂就是在这种情况下被有效应用于大学体育教学当中的。该教学模式应用过程中,需要对视频及微课等教学模式进行充分的应用,在提升学生学习兴趣的基础上,促使其积极主动的进行知识的探索,从而对知识进行更加深刻的理解,提升学习效率。因此,现阶段积极加强翻转课堂在大学体育教学中的应用研究具有重要意义。
