摘要
高校"教师教学发展中心"为教师发展提供专业化的指导、服务与支持,促进教师专业水平、教学能力的提升,满足高校特色化办学和多样化人才培养需求,对于青年教师的培养工作有着重要的支撑作用。本文从"教师教学发展中心"的顶层设计和内部建设出发,探索如何以基层党建为抓手,搭建个性化、开放式、实践性的培养体系,助推高校青年教师的培养。
＂ The developing center of teacher and teaching＂ in higher colleges provides professional guidance for teachers＇ development,service and support to promote teachers＇ professional level and teaching ability,meet the demand characteristic of running a school and diversified personnel training in higher colleges,for the work of the cultivation of the young teachers has an important supporting role. From the top of the ＂ teacher＇s teaching development center＂ design and interior construction,this paper explores how to make grass- roots party building,and communities in building personalized,open,practical training system,boost the development of young teachers in higher colleges.
