玉米粮堆横向和竖向通风性能参数的对比研究 被引量:1

摘要 在通风模拟装置上,通过变频器调整风机风速,改换通风箱接口位置,从而测得横向与竖向、吸出与压入4种通风方式下玉米粮堆内静压值,结果表明:玉米的单位粮层阻力使用二次函数拟合最为精确,幂函数次之;单位粮层阻力大小:竖向吸出式>横向吸出式>竖向压入式>横向压入式,说明玉米粮堆具有各向异性;玉米粮堆的通风均匀度与粮面表观风速和粮堆厚度呈正相关,竖向通风条件下的均匀度小于横向通风。 In the simulation ventilation device, through the frequency converter to adjust the wind speed, and change the position of the ventilation box, we can mensurate the static pressure value of corn heap under four ventilation modes (transverse and vertical, positive pressure and negative pressure). The result shows that the unit grain layer resistance of corn can be described by quadratic function and power function, quad- ratic function is more precise, the value of unit grain layer resistance:Vertical ventilation in negative pres- sure〉 transverse ventilation in negative pressure〉Vertical ventilation in positive pressure 〉 transverse vent lation in positive pressure. Therefore, the heap of corn is anisotropic. Ventilation uniformity of corn heap is positively correlated with the frequency and grain depth. The uniformity of the vertical ventilation is less than that of the transverse ventilation.
