摘要
1989年,法国建立新型教师教育机构——教师教育大学院（IUFM）,对教育实习进行重大改革;2013年,高等教师教育学院（ESPE）取代教师教育大学院,成为法国官方唯一进行幼儿园和中小学教师培养的教师教育机构,法国教育实习改革进一步推进。以巴黎高等教师教育学院（lESPE de Paris）为例,探讨法国教师职前培养中教育实习的特点,为我国当前的教育实习改革提供有益借鉴。
France established a new teacher education institution-IUFM in 1989,and carried out a major reform of educational practice.In 2013,ESPE substituted IUFM as the only official teacher training institution to train kindergarten,primary and secondary teachers,and further promoted the reform of educational practice.This paper taking L＇ESPE de Paris as an example to explore the features of educational practice in French teachers＇pre-service training,in hope of providing reference for the reform of the current educational practice in China.
