摘要
高速公路隧道施工期间支护结构出现开裂是较常见的一种病害,多为初衬支护开裂,处理起来相对较简单。但二衬支护开裂则不多见,产生的原因较复杂,处理起来较困难,对隧道整体结构安全及后期运营安全都有较大影响。通过麻竹高速公路宜城—保康段某隧道二衬开裂实例,结合笔者多年的隧道施工监测及超前地质预报经验,对其成因进行剖析,并据此提出初步结论和处理措施,为隧道后续施工提供借鉴。
During the construction of expressway tunnels,cracking of supporting structure is a very common defect that happens at the initial lining stage which is relatively easy to be dealt with. Compared to the initial lining stage,cracking at the secondary lining stage though rare,it however happens for more complex reasons,is more difficult to deal with,and has a greater impact on the overall structural safety of tunnels during construction and later operation stage. Thus,in order to prevent the formation of cracks and provide some guidance to future construction project,it has significant value to investigate thoroughly on the characteristics and causes of the cracking happens at secondary lining stage. In this paper,the causes and counter measures of cracking during the secondary lining stage of one tunnel that are part of Mazhu expressway( Yicheng to Baokang) have been discussed in detail,which can be referred by other projects.
