摘要
目的:在治疗肿瘤时,可以达到在杀死肿瘤细胞的同时减少微波热疗对正常组织损伤。方法:通过对肿瘤CT图像特征值的提取匹配寻找出与肿瘤图像最相近的阵列天线比吸收率图,然后根据比吸收率图来确定微波热疗中需要使用的阵列天线的组合参数。结果:经过图像匹配后的肿瘤热疗区域超出肿瘤CT图像区域达到2%,证实微波能量大部分被控制在肿瘤区域。结论:本方法可以将微波热疗中能量有效地集中作用在肿瘤靶区,使得正常组织尽量不受到微波能量的辐射。
Objective To reduce the injury to the normal tissue while killing tumor cells in the treatment of tumor by using microwave hyperthermia method. Methods The specific absorption rate (SAR) image which was most similar with the tumor image was found out by the extraction and matching of the eigenvalue of tumor CT image. And the combination parameters of the best antenna array in the microwave hyperthermia were determined by the SAR image. Results After the image matching, the tumor hyperthermia region beyond the tumor CT image area of 2%, verified that the most of the microwave energy was controlled in the tumor volume. Conclusion The microwave hyperthermia method can effectively concentrate the energy of microwave hyperthermia in the tumor target volume to make sure the influence of the radiation of the microwave energy on the normal tissue is minimal.
