步态分析在膝关节骨性关节炎中的应用进展 被引量:5

摘要 膝关节骨性关节炎(knee osteoarthritis,KOA)是中老年人的常见病和多发病,其疼痛、关节活动度、肌力及生物力学异常引起的步态异常是导致患者平地行走、上下楼梯等日常步行能力受限的主要原因。随着老年化社会进程加快,KOA的发病率呈逐年递增趋势^([1—2])。有流行病学调查了中国6个城市(上海、成都、广州、哈尔滨、西安、石家庄)40岁以上的中老年人KOA的患病率高达15.6%^([3])。
