摘要
针对电火花精加工过程中电极损耗而影响零件加工精度的问题,分析了电极损耗机理,建立了基于电子流能量传递的损耗模型,推导了损耗量的计算公式;建立了基于几何特征的电极损耗模型,得到了曲面电极损耗规律及损耗后的电极形态。根据基于几何特征的电极损耗模型,利用反成型在位修整技术,设计了电极修整工艺装备,并利用电极修整块对电极进行修整,提高了零件的加工精度,取得了良好的经济效益。
For EDM electrode loss in the process of finishing and affect the machining accuracy of parts problem, analyzes the mechanism of electrode loss. Based on electron flow loss model of energy transfer, this paper derived the calculation formula of wastage;Based on geometric features of electrode loss model, the surface of electrode after the electrode loss and loss. According to the model, using the molding technology and in shaping method, designed the electrode modification technology and equipment, and use the electrode finishing block to modification of electrode, improves the machining accuracy of parts and achieved good economic benefits.
