摘要 本文设计了一种基于北斗的指挥监控系统,系统利用北斗卫星系统,指挥监控软件通过与北斗指挥机和北斗手持机配套,实现对下属车辆和人员的指挥与监控、双向短消息通信、地图定位导航等功能。其中,指挥监控软件采用分层、模块化思想进行设计,实现地理环境分析、移动目标监控、数据管理、统计分析、系统管理、地理信息系统相关功能。该项目的综合运用,提高了用户的工作质量与工作效率,保障了作业的安全,意义重大。 In this paper, we design a command monitoring system based on Beidou. The system usesBeidou satellite system, command and control software through and Beidou command aircraft andBeidou handset supporting, the subordinate command and control of the vehicle and personnel, two-way short message communication, map navigation and positioning function. Among them, thecommand and control software adopts hierarchical and modular design to achieve the geographicalenvironment analysis, mobile target monitoring, data management, statistical analysis, system man-agement, geographic information system related functions. The comprehensive utilization of the pro-ject, improve the work quality and work efficiency of the user, and ensure the safety of the opera-tion, is of great significance.
