摘要
科研团队负责人在科研团队建设和管理中起着至关重要的作用。因此,科研团队负责人的培养具有十分重要的意义和价值。科研团队的负责人主要源自科研骨干。在科研团队建设中,我们应该为科研骨干提供进修学习的机会、组织领导完成科研项目的机会、施展才华的机会,生活上关心他们、爱护他们,为他们创造和谐、愉快的工作氛围。
The scientific research team leader plays a vital role in the management and construction of scientific research team. Therefore, the training of the head of scientific research team is of great significance and value. Scientific research team leaders originate from backbones of scientific research. In the construction of scientific research team, we must provide them the opportunities for farther education and study, the opportunities for organizing and leading scientific project, and that of displaying their talents. In daily life, we should show great concern for them and create harmonious and pleasant working atmosphere for them.
