摘要
从经济发展和城市承载空间的视角,提出了研究农民市民化的思路。根据安徽省北部城市农民市民化意愿的调查数据,运用Logistic回归模型进行实证分析,结果表明,农民市民化意愿受年龄、教育、耕地利用、就业、收入、未来生活规划这6个层面的影响显著,从影响农民市民化的6个层面出发,找出影响农民市民化的主要问题,重点从"人"和"地"两方面创新提出了解决农民市民化问题的措施。
From the perspective of economic development and urban hosting space, the citizenization of peasants is put forward in this article. According to the survey data on the citizenry will of peasants in northern Anhul and the empirical analysis by using Logistic regression model, it shows that the citizenization will of peasants is greatly influenced by age, education, arable land utilization, employment, income and future life planning. Based on such six factors, the major problems influencing the citizenization of peasants are located, and therefore the measures are creatively proposed mainly from two aspects of ＂human＂ and ＂land＂.
