摘要
互联网金融的飞速发展已成为金融界备受瞩目的对象,国内外学术界对互联网金融的研究也日益增多,但目前尚缺乏对相关文献的系统梳理。通过对互联网金融研究领域的关注,梳理了互联网金融发展的历程,对互联网金融研究相关文献进行了初步分析;探讨了互联网金融的主要经营模式;阐述了互联网金融发展过程中可能发生的风险及其风险规避;并对互联网金融的未来发展前景进行了展望。
The rapid development of Internet finance has become the high-profile target of financial circles. Domestic and international academic research on Internet finance is also increasing, but systematic review of the relevant literature is lacking so far. Through the attention on the research field of Internet finance, this paper combs the history of the development of Internet finance and analyzes the related literature pre- liminarily. It discusses the main operating modes of Internet finance, elaborates on the possible risks in development process of Internet finance and risk aversion, and finally discusses the development prospect of Internet finance.
