摘要
利用颗粒物采样系统采集了3台循环流化床锅炉(分别为CFB(a)、CFB(b)和CFB(c))排放烟气中的颗粒物,对其水溶性离子进行了分析。结果表明:(1)CFB(a)、CFB(b)、CFB(c)的PM_(10)质量浓度分别为29.71、3.38、23.40mg/m^3,PM_(2.5)质量浓度分别为4.32、2.17、1.78mg/m^3,PM_1质量浓度分别为0.05、0.68、0.04mg/m^3;(2)3台CFB的PM_(10)中水溶性总离子质量分数基本相同,但CFB(b)的PM_(2.5)和PM_1中水溶性总离子质量分数高于CFB(a)和CFB(c);(3)CFB(a)和CFB(c)的颗粒物中以Ca^(2+)和SO_4^(2-)为特征离子,CFB(b)的颗粒物中以Na^+、Cl^-和SO_4^(2-)为特征离子;(4)3台CFB的颗粒物中水溶性离子大都呈现双模态粒径分布,包括超细粒子模态和粗粒子模态。
Particulate matter from 3 circulating fluidized-bed boilers (inluding CFB(a),CFB(b) and CFB(c)) was collected by particulate matter collector system. Water-soluble ions in particulate matter were analyzed. Results showed that: (1) PM10 mass concentrations of CFB(a),CFB(b) and CFB(c) were 29.71,3.38,23.40 mg/m^3 , respectively;PM2.5 mass concentrations were 4.32,2.17,1.78 mg/m^3, respectively; PM1 mass concentrations were 0.05, 0.68,0.04 mg/m^3 ,respectively. (2) Total water-soluble ions in PM10 of the 3 circulating fluidized-bed boilers were almost the same while those in PM2.5 and PM1 of CFB(b) were higer than those of CFB(a) and CFB(c). (3) The characteristic ions in particulate matter of CFB(a) and CFB(c) were Ca2+ and SO4^2- and those of CFB(b) were Na+,Cl- and SO4^2-. (4) Most of the water-soluble ions in 3 circulating fluidized-bed boilers appeared to be double-mode distribution, including coarse and ultra-fine modes.
