摘要
针灸是中国真正对西方社会生活和科学技术有影响的一个重要领域。随着针灸在海外迅速传播,有关针灸跨文化传播的研究逐年增多。故以美国为例,对针灸西传的跨文化传播研究中涉及的理论构建、传播历史、传播实践、传播过程中的语言翻译、传播后的本土化、传播的影响因素、传播策略等7个方面进行了概括。针灸西传的跨文化传播研究对促进针灸更好地走向世界、中医被更多的西方发达国家认可、推动中华文化更好地"走出去"、提升我国的文化"软实力"具有非常重要的现实意义。
Acupuncture and Moxibustion is an important field which has produced great influence on the social life,science and technology in western countries. With the rapid spread of Acupuncture and Moxibustion in foreign countries,studies on the cross-cultural communication of Acupuncture and Moxibustion are increasing annually. This paper takes America for example and reviews the studies on the theory,history,practice,translation,localization,influential factors,and strategies of cross-cultural communication of Acupuncture and Moxibustion in America. This study has great realistic significance for Acupuncture and Moxibustion＇s marching toward the world; for TCM ＇s recognition from more western countries; and for the promotion of Chinese culture globally as well.
