摘要
[目的]分析柳州市大型医用设备配置与利用情况,为编制柳州市大型医用设备配置规划提供参考依据。[方法]通过问卷普查和现场调查法,采用Microsoft Excel 2003录入数据,利用SPSS 22.0进行统计描述和统计分析。[结果]截至2015年,柳州市配备大型医用设备77台,其中甲类设备2台,乙类设备75台,年平均增量率为8.56%;甲类设备中PET、γ刀各1台;乙类设备中CT 35台、MRI 14台、DSA 12台、LA 9台、SPECT 5台,年平均增长率分别为9.89%、15.02%、4.66%、2.99%和5.74%。[结论]柳州市大型医用设备种类齐全、增幅合理,但总量不足,地区分布不均衡,设备利用过度现象严重。
Objective To analyze the configuration and utilization of high - tech medical equipment in Liuzhou so as to provide reference base for the high - tech medical equipments planning in Liuzhou. Methods Both general survey and field survey were used during the investigation. Microsoft Excel 2003 was used for data entry and SPSS 22. 0 was used for statistical analysis. Results By 2015, Liuzhou had been equipped with 77 high - tech medical equipments, including 2 Class A equipments, and 75 Class B equipments, and the average annual increment rate was 8.56%. There was 1 PET and 1 γ knife in Class A equipment. There were 35 CT, 14 MRI, 12 DSA, 9 LA and 5 SPECT in Class B equipment. Annual average growth rate was 9.89%, 15.02%, 4. 66%, 2. 99%, 5.74% respectively. Conclusions Liuzhou nearly has all the kinds of medical equipment, and the increase rate per year is reasonable, but the total volume is still hardly enough. The regional distribution is not quite fair. It is serious overload of equipments utilization.
