Simultaneous Analysis of Active Ingredients in Novaluron·Bifenthrin 10% SC by HPLC

摘要 [目的]建立高效液相色谱法同时检测10%氟酰脲·联苯菊酯悬浮剂中有效成分的分析方法。[方法]使用ZORBAX SB-C_(18)柱和二极管阵列检测器,以乙腈-水为流动相,在210 nm波长下同时检测试样中氟酰脲和联苯菊酯的含量。[结果]氟酰脲、联苯菊酯的线性相关系数分别为1.0000、0.9997;标准偏差分别为0.015、0.016,变异系数分别为0.32%、0.35%,平均回收率分别为99.86%、99.70%。[结论]该方法快速、简便,分离效果好,精密度和准确度高,可同时检测氟酰脲和联苯菊酯含量。 [Aims ] The method for simultaneous determination of active ingredient contents in novaluron o bifenthrin10% SC by HPLC was established. [Methods ] The separation and determination of novaluron and bifenthrin in the samples were conducted with ZORBAX SB-C_(18) column and DAD detector at 210 nm, while the mixture solution of acetonitrile and water was used as the mobile phase. [Results ] The linear correlation coefficients of novaluron and bifenthrin were 1.0000 and 0.9997, the standard deviations were 0.015 and 0.016, the variation coefficients were 0.32 and 0.35%, the average recovery rates were 99.86 and 99.70%, respectively. [Conclusions ] The method has the features of fast, simple, good separation, high precision and accuracy, which can be used in simultaneous determination of novaluron and bifenthrin.
