摘要
通过对国内外网络平台评价指标研究成果的梳理和述评,发现现有研究主要集中在"网络平台单一评价指标的研究"和"网络平台评价指标体系的研究"两个方面。研究发现当前研究中存在"专门对社会化平台的评价指标及体系进行研究的文献较少""全面、系统地整合多个视角和维度来构建网络平台评价指标体系的研究较少"等问题,"加大对社会化平台的评价指标及评价指标体系的研究力度""整合现有的网络平台评价指标与评价维度,同时纳入社会化环境下产生的新的指标及维度,在此基础上构建一个全面的、系统的、多维的社会化平台评价指标体系"等是未来研究值得关注的领域。
Through the literature review of the domestic and foreign researches about web platform evaluation index, this paper points out that the researches mainly focus on “the single evaluation index of web platform” and “the evaluation index system of web platform”. There are some problems in the existing researches, such as “the limited researches on evaluation index and the evaluation index system of socialization web platform”, and “the limited researches on a comprehensive evaluation index system integrating multiple perspectives and dimensions”. “More attention to the research of socialization web platform＇s evaluation index and the evaluation index system”, “integrating the existing evaluation indexes”,“including new indexes appearing under the socialization environment”, and “build up a comprehensive,multidimensional evaluation index system thereafter” are among the important areas for future research.
