摘要
到目前为止的双语教育只是针对少数民族儿童而言的双语教育,实施双语教育的过程中比较强调国家导向和顶层设计。本文通过对贵州省少数民族聚居地区的795名中小学生双语使用情况和语言学习愿望的调查,发现绝大多数少数民族儿童汉语程度超过了其所属民族语言;大多数汉族儿童不会听说少数民族语言。在"科学稳妥推行双语教育"的新形势下,今后的双语教育应该从单向双语教育走向双向双语教育。
Until now,the most of researches on bilingual education of ethnic minorities regions have assumed that bilingual education is only for children of ethnic minorities,and that the process of bilingual education emphasizes national policy orientation and top-level design. The paper conducts a field survey on language learning wishes and bilingual application of795 students in middle and primary schools of ethnic minorities regions. The findings show that the most of ethnic minorities children's Chinese is better than their native languages,and the most of the Han nationality children can neither speak nor listen to languages of ethnic minorities. Under the new circumstances"implementing the bilingual education scientifically and properly", bilingual education should be shifted from the unidirectional bilingual education to the bidirectional bilingual education
