摘要
租户供配电系统是商业项目中电气专业设计内容的重点之一,系统的设计质量关系着项目竣工后长期运营是否稳定、物业管理是否方便合理等实际问题。本文参考国外相关资料,从系统构架、商户预留容量、精简计量3个方面探讨此系统的设计。
The power supply and distribution system of tenants is one of the key elements in electrical design of commercial projects. The design quality of the system is related to some practical issues like the stability of the completed project in long term, the convenience and rationality of property management. This article refers to overseas date and explores the design of the system in three aspects： systematic structure, tenant reserve capacity and simplified calculations.
