摘要
在生态文明的视角下,以桂林市区及12个县为区划单元,通过综合分析区划单元的旅游资源环境、社会文化、经济发展、区位等要素及其相互作用,以生态文明、资源环境承载力、现有旅游开发密度和旅游发展潜力为依据,建立旅游功能区划的指标体系,再应用聚类分析方法对桂林旅游功能区划进行初步识别,同时结合区划单元的历史现状和空间差异,确定了优化发展区、重点发展区、引导发展区和保护发展区的区划方案,最后提出各功能区的发展定位和开发方向,从而实施有重点、分时序、优势互补的旅游开发模式,促进人口、旅游资源、社会经济和生态环境的协调发展以及综合效益最大化,以期为桂林旅游业的可持续发展提供参考。
Based upon the clustering analysis of tourism resources and environment,social culture,economic growth,zone bit of Guilin city and 12 counties and the relationship among them,this paper puts forward the index system of tourism functional zoning from the perspective of ecological civilization,with the back of the theories of eco-civilization,the capacity,density and potential of tourism development. Then four function divisions are determined： optimizing development area,prioritizing development area,guiding development area and protecting development area. Furthermore,the orientations of various function divisions are determined. Based on all this,the tourism development pattern characterized by priority,serialization,complementary advantages,is put forward,with aiming at the harmonious development of population,tourism resources and ecological environment and the Comprehensive benefit maximization,providing references for the sustainable development of Guilin tourism.
