纤维素/壳聚糖复合气凝胶的制备及其对Cu(Ⅱ)吸附的研究 被引量:3

摘要 本文以Na OH/Urea/H2O为溶剂,通过溶胶-凝胶和冷冻干燥制备纤维素/壳聚糖复合气凝胶,并研究其对Cu(Ⅱ)的吸附性能。采用扫描电镜(SEM)和X射线衍射(XRD)研究复合气凝胶的形貌和结构,结果表明:纤维素和壳聚糖具有较好的相容性,复合气凝胶内部存在大量多孔片层结构。通过吸附动力学和吸附热力学研究,结果表明:复合气凝胶对Cu(Ⅱ)吸附动力学符合拟二级动力学模型,属于化学吸附;吸附等温线符合Langmuir方程,为单分子层吸附,由Langmuir模型拟合复合气凝胶对Cu(Ⅱ)吸附的饱和吸附容量可达到172.12 mg/g。 Cellulose and chitosan composite aerogels were prepared by sol-gel transition and freeze-drying using Na OH/Urea/H2 O as solvent.Furthermore, we investigated the adsorption of Cu(II) on cellulose/chitosan aerogel.Cellulose/chitosan aerogel were characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and X-ray diffraction(XRD).The results indicated that cellulose and chitosan had good miscibility.The obtain cellulose/chitosan aerogel had porous lamellar structure.The adsorption process of Cu(II)was best described by pseudo-first-order kinetic model Langmuir equation,indicating that the mechanism of Cu(II) on adsorption was chemical interaction between adsorbent and Cu(II).The maximum adsorption capacities was 172.12 mg/g,which was higher than other cellulose and chitosan composite materiaes.
