摘要
本文根据国务院《加快发展养老服务业的若干意见》,对养老服务业用地范围进行了界定,设计了养老服务业用地土地供应数据的提取方法,分析了养老服务业用地土地供应总量、用地类别、地区分布情况以及养老服务业用地土地利用管理中存在的问题,提出了相关对策建议。
Based on the Some Opinions on Accelerating the Development of the Elderly Care Service Industry issued by the State Council, the paper defines the scope of land utilization for the elderly care service industry, analyzes the total land supply, category of land use, regional distribution in the elderly service industry and points out some problems land use management in the elderly service industry to give some suggestions to solve those problems.
