摘要
在对高职院校推行"双导师制"内涵分析的基础上,剖析了高职院校推行"双导师制"过程中面临高职生源质量、师生比例、导师的聘任、相应制度的缺失、导师力不从心、学生缺乏主动性等六大困境,进而提出了针对这些困境的解决办法。
On the basis of the connotation of implementing "Double Tutorial System" in higher vocational colleges, this paper analyzes the reality of the dilemma of the quality of higher vocational students in implementing "Double Tutorial System", the teacher-student ratio, tutor of employment difficulties, the deficiencies of corresponding system, tutors' impotence and students' lacking initiatives, and puts forward some corresponding solutions to these dilemmas.
