射频消融术后膈神经损伤及远期恢复1例报道 被引量：1

摘要 近年来,射频消融技术已广泛应用于临床,其术后并发症的报道也日渐增多,但对其并发症之一——膈神经损伤仅在大规模数据分析时有所提及。本科2015年7月收治1例阵发性心房颤动（房颤）行射频消融术后出现膈神经损伤患者,现将诊治经过报道如下。1临床资料患者,女,53岁。因“阵发性心悸两年余”,于2015年7月13日入院,症状发作时心电图提示为房颤,抗心律失常药物治疗效果不佳。
