化学镀镍废液自催化分解制备镍磷粉体及其结构

Structure of Nickel-Phosphorus Alloy Powder Prepared by Autocatalytic Decomposition of Electroless Nickel Waste Liquor

摘要 对化学镀镍废液的有效成分进行回收利用,可减少环境污染和资源浪费。通过透射电镜、X射线荧光分析及粉体粒度分析,研究了化学镀镍废液自催化分解制备镍磷粉体的工艺条件对镍磷粉体粒度分布及结构的影响,探讨了化学镀镍磷合金废液自催化分解的机理。结果表明:控制化学镀镍废液硫酸镍与次磷酸钠质量浓度比(镍磷比)和Na OH用量,可以实现化学镀镍废液常温下自催化分解,自催化分解的关键是镀液的局部高温、高pH值和瞬间产生的具有催化作用的镍磷颗粒。 Transmission electron microscope(TEM),X-ray fluorescence analysis and powder particle size analysis were used to study the influences of parameters for preparing the Ni-P powder by autocatalytic decomposition of the electroless nickel waste liquor on the distribution and structure of nickel phosphorus powder particle size,and mechanism of autocatalytic decomposition of the waste liquor of electroless Ni-P alloy was investigated.Results showed that by controlling the concentration ratio of nickel sulfate from electroless nickel waste liquor and sodium hypophosphite[ratio of Ni and P) and content of NaOH,the autocatalytic decomposition of electroless nickel waste liquor could be achieved at normal temperature.Besides,the key point for autocatalytic decomposition was regional hyperthermia of electrolyte,high pH value and instantly generated catalytic nickel phosphorus particles.
