摘要
目的:探讨针刀配合中药内服治疗跟痛症的疗效。方法:将120例跟痛症患者随机分为治疗组60例和对照组60例,治疗组采用针刀配合中药内服治疗跟痛症;对照组采用1%盐酸利多卡因3m L+复方倍他米松注射液1m L局部封闭治疗。分别治疗3个月后进行疗效比较。结果:治疗组和对照组有效率分别为85.00%和68.33%,治愈率分别为61.67%和48.33%,治疗组远期疗效显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:针刀配合中药内服治疗跟痛症能获得较好的疗效。
Objective： To investigate effcacy of acupotomy plus TCM on calcaneodynia. Methods： 120 cases were randomly divided into the treatment group （60 cases） and control group （60 cases）. The treatment group was treated by acupotomy plus TCM; the control group was treated with 1% lidocaine hydrochloride 3mL plus compound betamethasone injection 1mL. Results： The effciency was 85.00%, the cure rate was 61.67% in the treatment group;and those were 68.33% and 48.33% respectively in the control group, with a signiifcant difference （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Acupotomy plus TCM on calcaneodynia can get a good effect.
