摘要
[目的]探讨鼻咽癌病人创伤后成长水平及其影响因素。[方法]采用一般情况调查表、创伤后成长量表(PTGI)、一般自我效能感量表(GSES)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)对130例鼻咽癌病人进行问卷调查。[结果]鼻咽癌病人创伤后成长总分为(60.75±8.50)分;多元线性回归结果显示:病程、自我效能和抑郁情绪是鼻咽癌病人创伤后成长的主要影响因素,共解释77.1%的变异量。[结论]鼻咽癌病人创伤后成长处于中等水平,护理人员应加强对鼻咽癌病人的心理疏导,采取有效的干预措施促进鼻咽癌病人创伤后成长。
Objective To probe into the level of post traumatic growth in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma and its influencing factors. Methods： A total of 130 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma were investigated by general situation questionnaire,Post Traumatic Growth Inventory （PTGI） , General Self Efficacy scale（GSES） and Self rating Depression Scale（SDS）. Results： The score of post traumatic growth in patients with nasopharyn-geal carcinoma was （60. 75 ± 8. 50） ;multiple linear regression analysis showed that duration, self - efficacy and depression were the main factors affecting the post traumatic growth of nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients, altogether explained 77. 1 % variation. Conclusion： The level of post traumatic growth of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma was moderate, nursing staff should strengthen psychological counseling for patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma and take effective interventions to promote the post traumatic growth of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
