摘要
选取西部地区34个重点城市,建立多级枢纽划分的评价指标体系,结合地区生产总值、固定资产投资总额、城市货运总量以及城市交通投资总额等因素,运用模糊C-均值聚类算法进行多式联运网络枢纽城市分类,再结合国家政策对枢纽分类进行调整,确定各枢纽城市的等级,进而确定全国性多式联运枢纽、区域性多式联运网络枢纽和地区性多式联运网络枢纽的城市,为后续运输站场布局规划、选址规划以及网络构建做准备。
This paper selects 34 key cities in western China and established a multi-level evaluation index system including GDP , the total investment in fixed assets, the urban freight amount and urban transportation in-vestment. Multimodal transport network hub is classified with the fuzzy C -average clustering algorithm and hub classification considering the national policy is then adjusted. This paper provides reference to decide the level of each hub, layout planning ,site selection and network construction.
