摘要
目的探索并建立乙肝病毒表面抗原阳性血标本无害化处理的可行方案。方法通过给不同阳性强度的乙肝病毒表面抗原阳性血标本加入不同量的84消毒液,于不同的时间周期检测乙肝病毒表面抗原浓度,寻找乙肝病毒表面抗原被灭活的84消毒液有效剂量和灭活所需时间。结果当84消毒液剂量达不到有效灭活水平时,作用时间1周也无灭活效果;而使用84消毒液有效灭活剂量即体积比达1:1时,作用1 h以上强阳性的血标本也完全达到灭活效果。结论使用84消毒液等体积处理乙肝病毒表面抗原阳性血标本可以完全灭活乙肝病毒,达到无害化效果,是简便、快捷、价廉、安全的防范风险医疗废弃物处理手段,值得推广应用。
Objective To explore and establish the feasible program of HBsAg positive blood specimen. Methods The ef-fective dose of 84 disinfectant and inactivation time needed were found out by putting different doses of 84 disinfectants in-to different positive intensities of HBsAg blood specimens and testing the HBsAg concentration in different time periods. Results There was no inactivation effect after 1-week action when the 84 disinfectant dose failed to reach the effective in-activation level, and the strong positive blood specimens could reach the inactivation effect after 1h action or above when the volume ratio of 84 disinfectant reached 1:1. Conclusion The use of isometric 84 disinfectants in handling the HBsAg positive blood specimens can totally inactivate the hepatitis B virus and reach the harmless effect, which is a simple, rapid, cheap and safe treatment means of medical wastes, and it is worth promotion and application.
