摘要
目的通过分析日照市中心血站2011年—2015年无偿献血者捐献血液5项检验指标结果 ,了解日照市无偿献血者血液5项检验指标情况,分析日照市无偿献血者5项检验指标不合格率,为日照市的献血招募和筛选工作提供借鉴和参考。方法对日照市中心血站2011年—2015年各年度无偿献血者的5项血液检验指标检验结果进行统计分析。结果日照市中心血站2011年—2015年无偿献血者血液5项检验指标总阳性率为3.84%,其中ALT、HBs Ag、抗-HCV、TP、抗-HIV阳性率分别为2.29%、0.42%、0.43%、0.53%、0.11%。结论日照市无偿献血者5项指标检验总不合格率为3.84%,ALT不合格率最高,其次是TP不合格率。因此,严格执行血站血液检测规章制度,严格按照血液检测标准操作规程要求操作实验,使用HBs Ag/梅毒联合检测初筛试纸条进行梅毒抗体初筛检测,降低梅毒抗体报废率,保证日照市血液供应质量和安全。
Objective To know the condition and unqualified rate of 5 inspection indicators in blood in unpaid donors in Rizhao by analyzing the inspection results of 5 indicators in blood in unpaid donors from 2011 to 2015 in Rizhao Blood Center and provide reference for the recruitment and screening work of blood donating in Rizhao. Methods The inspection results of 5 blood inspection indicators in unpaid donors in each year in Rizhao Blood Center from 2011 to 2015 were counted and analyzed. Results The total positive rate of 5 inspection indicators in blood in unpaid donors in Rizhao Blood Center from 2011 to 2015 was 3.84%, and the positive rates of ALT, HBsAg, anti-HCV, TP, anti-HIV were respectively 2.29%, 0.42%, 0.43%, 0.53%, 0.11%. Conclusion The total unqualified rate of 5 inspection indicators in unpaid donors in Rizhao are 3.84%, the unqualified rate of ALT is the highest and TP is the second, therefore, we should strictly carry out the blood test regulations in blood bank, conduct the experiment strictly according to the blood test standardized operation regulations, use the combined test of HBsAg and syphilis primary screening immunochromatographic test strip for anti-tre-ponema pallidum antibody primary screening test, reduce the anti-treponema pallidum antibody breakage rate and ensure the blood supply quality and safety in Rizhao.
