摘要
目的探讨不同医保政策下糖尿病住院患者费用的特点及其影响因素。就其发生原因,提出合理降低医疗总费用建议,为行政部门在制定相关政策时提供依据。方法抽取2008—2015年在荆门市第二人民医院住院的糖尿病患者5991例,按照医保付款方式、性别、年龄、并发症、住院天数、入院状态等情况,对不同医保付款方式的糖尿病患者住院费用进行分析,并采用多元线性模型对住院费用的影响因素进行综合分析。结果新农合比其他参加医疗保险的糖尿病住院患者住院费要低。多元线性回归显示住院费用影响因素有住院天数、医疗付费方式、年龄、糖尿病并发症、住院年份等。结论新农合比其他医疗保险住院费用更低,但在减轻糖尿病患者经济负担方面仍需努力。
Objective To study the cost characteristics of inpatients with diabetes under different health insurance policies and its influence factors, and put forwards rational suggestions of reducing the total medical costs according to the occur-rence causes, and provide basis for making relevant policies of the administrative department. Methods 5991 cases of inpa-tients with diabetes in our hospital from 2008 to 2015 were extracted, and hospitalization costs of diabetes patients in dif-ferent health insurance payment modes were analyzed according to the conditions of health insurance payment method, gen-der, age, complication, length of stay and hospitalization state, and the influence factors of hospitalization costs were com-prehensively analyzed by the multivariate linear model. Results The hospitalization cost of new rural cooperative medical system is lower than that of other health insurances for inpatients with diabetes, and the multivariate linear regression shows that the influence factors of hospitalization costs are length of stay, medical payment mode, age, diabetes complication and hospitalization year. Conclusion The new rural cooperative medical care system is lower than other medical insurance, but still need to reduce the economic burden of the patients with diabetes.
