摘要
城市社区是居民生活的主要场所,也是城市居民日常生活最主要的利益冲突场域,在当下迅速城市化的转型时期,层出不穷的权益纠纷带来了社区治理的困境和城市法治的难题,单纯事后救济的纠纷解决应对思维和方式难以取得理想的效果,而传统的社区法制教育模式面临诸多问题、效果不佳,必须创新社区法制教育理念,坚持自治、法治和善治"三治一体"为导向的法制教育模式,激发社区居民内在的学习动力,理解社区自治、国家法治和社会善治的关系,提高其运用法律知识和技能参与社区治理的能力,使居民成为法治社区、和谐社区和幸福社区建设的第一主体。
Urban communities are the main places of the daily life of urban residents and the most important field of conflict of interest as well. Under the current urbanizational transition period,numerous equity disputes have brought great challenges to community governance and the law of the city,so the idea of community legal education should be innovated. The guiding model of ＂ three-rule in one＂ legal education,namely,the rule of law,good governance and autonomy,stimulates the intrinsic motivation of community residents,and improves their ability to participate in community governance with applied legal knowledge and skills by understanding the relationship among the community autonomy,state law and social good governance. So community residents become the main part in building a legal,harmonious and happy community.
