摘要
本文主要介绍了天津市"双限"政策后城市公共交通系统变化状况,根据城市公交系统运行服务水平影响因素分析,从设施水平、服务水平、效益水平三个方面建立评价体系,提出基于灰色聚类的城市公共交通服务水平的综合评价模型。利用该评价模型,以天津市为例,进行"双限"政策下公共交通服务水平实例验证,评价结果与实际情况相符,表明该评价方法和模型具有一定的实用性和可行性,为城市公共交通系统的改进提供参考。
The state changes of the urban public traffic system is mainly introduced in this paper after "double limit" policy in Tianjin,according to analysis factors which influence the urban public transport system service level, a evaluation system for the urban public transport system service level is set up from three aspects of facilities level, service level and benefit level, thus the evaluation model is established based on gray clustering method. Take Tianjin for example, the validation is proved to using this evaluation model and the evaluation result is consistent with the actual situation. It shows that the evaluation method has a certain practicality and feasibility, which can provide reference for the improvement of urban public transportation system.
