摘要 针对目前SF_6带电设备校验工作存在的检定校准手段落后、工作效率低、校验装置自动化水平低等问题,研究了一种一体化智能校验技术。考虑到仪表种类繁多且通信协议不统一,提出了基于图像识别技术的仪表读数方法,并设计了一套SF6带电测试仪器一体化智能校验系统。该一体化智能校验系统以图像识别系统和自动校验系统代替人工操作,在提高检定效率的同时,减小了人为误差;系统通用性强,具有很大的应用价值和市场潜力。 Aiming at the problems existing in current verification work for SF6 charged equipment, e. g. , backward means of verification and calibration,low working efficiency, and low automation level of the devices, etc. ,a kind of integrated intelligent verification technology is researched. Considering there is variety of instruments and the communication protocol is not unified, the meter reading method based on image recognition technology is put forward, and an integrated intelligent verification system is designed for SF6 charged test instruments. The manual operation is replaced by the image recognition system and automatic verification system, improving test efficiency while reducing artificial error. The system is highly versatile,is of great application value and latent of capacity in marketing share.
