摘要
基于计算机仿真技术的打磨模式决策方法根据目标廓形选择最优的打磨模式,避免了因打磨模式选择不当导致的打磨遍数过多的问题,有效地提高了打磨作业效率,减少了作业量,对提高钢轨打磨车的应用水平具有借鉴意义,为实现线路精确打磨的目标提供技术保障。
This article proposed a decision approach of rail grinding patterns based on computer simulation technology. The approach selected the optimal grinding pattern depending on the target profle shape, avoided too much grinding due to the improper selection grinding pattern, effectively improved the effciency of the grinding operation, reduced the amount of grinding work, had reference signifcance to improve the application of rail grinding vehicle, provide the technical support for the rail grinding.
