摘要
目的:探讨红豆利咽汤治疗头颈部恶性肿瘤患者的效果及对急性放射性口腔黏膜炎的影响。方法:选取2015年3月至2016年2月广东省江门市人民医院肿瘤科收治的160例头颈部恶性肿瘤患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,每组80例。对照组患者行常规放疗与化疗,同时给予常规西药含漱治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上给予红豆利咽汤进行治疗;观察并比较两组患者肿瘤控制率、口腔黏膜炎发生率以及口腔黏膜炎分级情况,比较两组口腔黏膜炎患者视觉模拟评分(VAS)、中医症候积分、治愈时间以及不良反应发生情况。结果:两组患者肿瘤治疗效果比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),且观察组肿瘤局部控制率为92.5%,显著高于对照组的78.8%(P<0.05);观察组急性放射性口腔黏膜炎发生率为57.5%,显著低于对照组的77.5%(P<0.05),且两组口腔黏膜炎的分级比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组急性放射性口腔黏膜炎患者治愈时间、VAS疼痛评分、中医症候积分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组急性放射性口腔黏膜炎不良反应发生率为6.5%,显著低于对照组的22.6%(P<0.05)。结论:红豆利咽汤可有效提高头颈部恶性肿瘤控制率,增强治疗效果,并可预防急性放射性口腔黏膜炎的发生。
Objective: To explore the clinical effects of red bean throat-clearing decoction in the treatment of head and neck malignant tumors complicated with acute radiation-induced mucositis. Methods: 160 patients with head and neck malignant tumors in our hospital from March 2015 to February 2016 were recrurandomly divided into an observation group and a control group, each with 80 cases. The patients in thecontrol group were subjected to conventional radiotherapy, chemotherapy, and gargle treatment with con-ventional western medicine, and those in the observation group were treated as the control group with theaddition of red bean throat-clearing decoction. The therapeutic effect and adverse events of both groups were observed. Results: The local control rate was significantly higher in the observation groupcontrol group (92. 50% 78. 75 % ; P 〈 0. 05). The incidence rate of mucositis in the observation groupwas lower than that in the control group (57. 50 % 77. 50% ; P 〈 0. 05). There was statistical differencein the grades of mucositis between the control group and the observing group ( P 〈 0. 05). The healing time, VAS pain score and TCM symptoms score of mucositis patients in the observation group were signifi-cantly lower than those in the control group ( P 〈 0. 05). The incidence of adverse events in the observa-tion group was significantly lower than that in the control group (6. 52 % vs. 22. 58 % ; P 〈 0. 05). Conclu-sion :Red bean throat-clearing decoction could effectively improve the control rate of head and neck cancer, enhance the curative efficacy and prevent acute radiation-induced mucositis.
