摘要
目的:探讨十堰市中老年健康人群血清胆红素分布及影响因素。方法:采用健康体检问卷,调查研究对象生活方式、疾病史。同时对研究对象血清胆红素、血糖、血脂及肝肾功能进行检测。结果:总共有2 116个研究对象纳入分析,平均年龄(60.6±7.7)岁。血清总胆红素、直接胆红素、间接胆红素中位数(四分位间距)分别为12.9(10.2~16.6)、3.6(3.0~4.5)、9.4(7.1~12.2)μmol/L。血清胆红素水平男性高于女性、不吸烟者高于吸烟者。年龄与总胆红素和间接胆红素的关联不显著,而与直接胆红素正相关。三种胆红素与谷丙转氨酶AST、高密度脂蛋白正相关。直接胆红素与总胆固醇、三酰甘油、低密度脂蛋白呈负相关,间接胆红素与总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白正相关。结论:在十堰市健康中老人中,血清胆红素的主要影响因素是性别和吸烟状态。不同类型的胆红素与常见代谢指标的关联不同,直接胆红素与血脂的关联性更强。
Objective To explore the distribution of serum bilirubin in middle-aged and older population in Shiyan city, and analyze the possible influencing factors. Methods The questionaire of health examination was used to investigate the life style and disease history of target population.The serum bilirubin, blood glucose, blood fat, liver function and kidney function of the target population were measured. Results Total 2 116 objects were enrolled in this study ,the average age was (60.6±7.7) years.The medians (inter-quartile ranges) of serum total bilirubin,direct bilimbin and indirect bilirubin were 12.9 (10.2-16.6) μmol/L,3.6(3.0-4.5) μmol/L and 9.4 (7.1- 12.2) μmol/L,respectively.The bilirubin levels of male was higher than that of female, and non-smoker higher than smoker.Age had no significant associated with total bilirubin and in- direct bilirubin,but positively related to direct bilirubin.Aspartate aminotransferase and high density lipoprotein levels were positively related to the three types of bilirubin. Direct bilirubin was negatively related to total cholesterol, triglyceride and low density lipoprotein.Indirect bilirubin levels were positively associated with total cholesterol and low density lipoprotein. Conclusiofl Among the healthy middle-aged and'older population in Shiyan city, the main factors influencing serum bilirubin are gender and smoking.The associations between bilirubin and metabolism indexes are different among different type of bilirubin.The association between direct bilirubin and lipoid indexes is more evident.
