摘要
我国医疗器械产业发展较晚,发展体系还不完善,其监管工作也存在不少问题。本文基于《医疗器械监督管理条例》,通过分析泽州县医疗器械监管工作的特点和发展历程,客观公正地描述了其监管现状,总结县区内医疗器械监管中存在的通病,并针对性的提出一些思考、建议与论证,以促进相关部门的监管进程,保障人们的用械安全,使医疗器械更好更安全的为人们服务。
The medical device industry develop rather slowly in our country. The development system is not perfect, and there are many problems in the supervision work. Based on ＂the supervision and administration of medical devices regulations ＂,the text objectively described the the regulatory status, summed up the county medical device supervision existing problem, and proposed some thinking, proposal and demonstration by analysing of the characteristics and history of Zezhou County medical device regulatory work.Those works can promote the relevant departments of the regulatory process, protect the people＇s safety of machinery, and make medical equipment provide better services to the people.
