摘要
目的:比较经皮肾镜与后腹腔镜输尿管切开取石术治疗输尿管上段嵌顿性结石临床效果。方法:选择2013年7月至2015年12月在我科进行输尿管上段嵌顿结石外科手术治疗的患者120例,平均分为两组,分别采用微创经皮肾镜取石术(MPCNL)和后腹腔镜输尿管切开取石术(RLUL),观察对比两组患者治疗效果。结果:MPCNL组手术时长明显低于RLUL组,手术出血量、术后住院时间、住院费用均明显高于RLUL组(P<0.05),两组患者在术后并发症及结石清除率方面比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:MPCNL与RLUL在治疗输尿管上段嵌顿性结石均有较好的临床效果,均可作为临床上常规治疗选择方式。
Ol？[ective： Compare the effect of percutaneous renal and retroperitoneal laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of upper ureteral calculi. Methods： In July 2013 to 2015 December in our department for surgical treatment of patients with 120 cases, average the two groups, by minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy from stone and postoperative laparoscopic ureteral incision lithotomy, compare treatment effects between the two groups. Ressdts： MPCNL group is obviously longer than RLUL group, amount of bleeding in operation, postoperative hospital stay, cost of hospitalization were significantly higher than those of the RLUL group （P〈0.05）, the two groups in the stone clearance rate and convenient had no significant difference （P〉0.05）. Conclusion： MPCNL and RLUL have good clinical effect in the treatment of upper ureteral, can be considered as routine clinical treatment options.
