汽车悬架钢板弹簧的刚度计算与试验验证 被引量:4

摘要 汽车悬架钢板弹簧刚度对汽车行驶平稳性和路面友好性存在一定的影响。基于共同曲率法中的阶梯形单片弹簧法计算汽车悬架钢板弹簧的理论刚度值和修正后弹簧刚度值的正确性,通过载荷-位移基本原理试验方法,得到钢板弹簧位移变形量并计算出实际钢板弹簧的刚度值,与共同曲率法所得计算结果进行对比。结果表明,用共同曲率法计算出来的弹簧刚度比试验结果偏大一些,经刚度修正系数修正后,误差在5%左右,在允许的范围内,验证了试验结果的可行性,为以后汽车悬架钢板弹簧的设计提供分析方法和依据。 The stiffness of automobile suspension leaf spring has some influence on vehicle ride comfort and friendly road surface. The theoretical stiffness and the correctness of the leaf spring stiffness are calculated using the stepped single-leaf spring method. The distance change of leaf spring is obtained based on load-distance test method, at the same time the actual stiffness of leaf spring is calculated, and making the comparison with the calculation results that is gotten from the normal curvature. The results show that the spring stiffness that is calculate with the normal curvature is larger than those that is obtained from the test, the error is within 5% after the correctness of stiffness value. The test feasibility is verified within the allowable range, which will provide the analysis method and basis for the design of automobile suspension leaf spring in the future.
