脱硝催化剂性能检测中的危险因素分析

摘要 根据脱硝催化剂性能检测的特点,对检测的准备和测试过程中原料气状态、制样过程和操作条件等方面进行危险因素分析。指出检测中存在爆炸、中毒、外伤、设备损伤等不可忽视的安全隐患,应引起企业和检测人员的重视。催化剂性能检测必须符合安全规范要求,采取必要的预防和应急措施,防患于未然。 The laboratorial safety of de-nitration catalyst detection can be easily ignored.In this paper,the fatalness factors during feed gas,preparation process and operating condition were analyzed,and the hidden safety troubles including exploding,poisoning,injury and equipment damage could receive enough attention from enterprise and testers.The activity detection of chemical de-nitration catalyst should be accorded with the security speciifcations,and the risk prevention and emergency measure should be timely made,in order to prevent the accident.
