摘要
本研究以锦绣杜鹃花为原料,以花色苷提取率为衡量指标,选取乙醇浓度、液料比、超声时间、超声温度为考察因素,在单因素试验基础上运用U12(6~4)进行均匀试验设计,并通过逐步回归优选出杜鹃花花色苷的提取工艺为:乙醇浓度为80%,液料比为120 m L·g^(-1),超声时间为50 min,超声温度为40℃。应用优化得到的工艺条件进行验证试验,取得了较好的效果,表明该优化的提取条件稳定、方便、适用。
Rhododendron pulchrum flowers as materials, anthocyanins extraction rate as evaluation index, and the ethanol concentration, liquid-solid ratio, extraction time and extraction temperature as the key factors, extraction technology of anthocyanins from flowers was studied using single-factor experiments. Then by U12(64) uniform design experiment, the optimization of anthocyanins extraction technique was determined. The result showed that the optimal conditions of extraction were obtained as follows: 80% of ethanol concentration, liquid-solid ratio of 120 mL·g^-1, 50 min of extraction time, 40 ℃ of extraction temperature. The optimal technology's verification test was satisfactory. This extraction process was stable, convenient and applicable.
