摘要 近年来,多重耐药菌日益泛滥,细菌耐药现状越来越严峻,传统的抗生素的抗菌作用有限,急需我们研发新的抗菌策略。核糖开关(riboswitch)是直接结合小分子化合物及代谢物发生构象变化而调控下游基因表达的RNA片段。随着核糖开关研究的不断深入,发现其在研发新型抗生素的靶点、与配体结合的抗菌效应、测序技术应用及发现新型耐药机制方面都有极大的应用潜力。核糖开关的发现拓宽了抗菌机制,为耐药性研究提供了新的思路,将会在医疗领域发挥重大作用。本文就其在核糖开关细菌耐药性的潜在应用做一综述。 In recent years, multi-drug resistant bacteria has become increasingly rampant, bacterial drug resistance is becoming more and more serious. hTe traditional antibiotics are limited, so we need to develop a new antibacterial strategy. Riboswitch is RNA fragment that regulate the expression of downstream genes through direct binding small molecule compounds and metabolites. With the deepening of riboswitches study, it is found that it has great potential in development of new antibiotic, antimicrobial effect of ligand binding, application of sequencing technology and discovery of novel antibacterial mechanism. hTe ifnding of riboswitch broadens the antibacterial mechanism, provides a new idea for drug resistance research, and will play an important role in the ifeld of medical treatment in the future. hTis review brielfy introduces potential application of the riboswitch in bacterial resistance.
